Baked Banana Oats

We know there are loads of recipes for baked oats and I bet you’ve got your own favourites but we couldn’t have our healthy blog without a recipe for them on here.

Question; do you think the bananas look like the radioactive symbol ☢️ or a cloverleaf ☘️?????? 😂

Serves 2.

2 small bananas
80g jumbo porridge oats
¼ tsp cinnamon
120ml skimmed milk

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Mash one banana, mix with the oats, cinnamon, milk, 240ml water and a pinch of salt.

Pour into a baking tray and top with the other banana, sliced.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the liquid is all absorbed and the oats are creamy.

Top with fat free yogurt, honey or agave.
