Apricot & Cardamom Overnight Oats

I love overnight oats, they’re so simple to make-up, so delicious to eat, so quick on a busy morning and so, so, so good for you.

We’ve added chia seeds to these as they are super hydrating for the body and in the summer I think we could all do with some help keeping hydrated.

No need for another photo except that they look soooo pretty!
