OK so really this could be called just a ‘Banana Split’ but we’ve served it for breakfast as there are all the components for a really good healthy start to the day.
🍌 Take out the ice cream and double cream and replace them with fat free yogurt.
🍓 Change the 100’s & 1000’s and chocolate chips for sugar free granola.
🫐 And add heaps of fresh summer fruits.
Delicious and fun for breakfast!
