In our house overnight oats = a bit longer in bed in the morning! Why I don’t do them everyday I’ll never know!!!

Serves 2.
For the oats
60g jumbo oats (these will keep you fuller for longer)
1 tbsp chia seeds
300ml skimmed milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 ripe British plums, stoned and chopped into small chunks
For the topping
1 ripe British plum, stoned and chopped into small chunks
1 tbsp whole almonds, roughly chopped
Mix together all of the ‘oat ingredients’ stirring well to combine and divide between 2 bowls. Cover and chill overnight.
In the morning stir well before topping with the remaining ingredients and enjoy.
