This is my go-to breakfast when I’m short of time. It can be made and left for a few minutes whilst you’re in the shower or made and taken to work if you’re short on time.

Serves 1
40g jumbo porridge oats
1 x 125g tub of low or fat free yogurt of your choice
50g fresh fruit, raspberries blueberries or blackberries

Method
Place the oats into a medium bowl, cover with the yogurt, stir to combine and leave for 5 minutes.

Put the fruit in a microwave-proof bowl the pop in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Leave to cool for 5 minutes and then tip over the oats and yogurt.

Either way it’s delicious, I love mine both ways depending on how much time I have.
