October’s 7 Day Menu Plan

I don’t know about you but whilst I’m sad to see the end of the summer, I’m also quite looking forward to wearing snuggly jumpers, knitted scarves cozy socks and big boots.

I’m also looking forward to comfort food. Now while this time of year conjures up stew and dumplings and bowls of steaming soup, it doesn’t have to mean the end of healthy eating.

And we’ve got some lovely recipes for you this month. There are new ones in the plan and over the course of the next 2 months we’ll be adding more healthy, ‘skinny’ ideas for breakfasts lunches and dinners.
