What’s your craving? Salty? Sweet? Chocolate? Whatever it may be it can sabotage your weight-loss.
So here’s a chocolatey, sweet treat that’s fat free and very low calorie. Make a batch in advance and keep it in the freezer for those times that you need a chocolate fix.

250g fat free Greek style yoghurt
2 tbsp Options Belgium Chocolate Powder
Slices of banana
Dark chocolate to grate over the top.
Line a freezer proof container with cling film. For these quantities I used a Pyrex dish measuring 18cm x 25cm this makes for small but thick squares. And make sure you have space in the freezer for it to lay flat.
Stir the chocolate powder into the yoghurt and smooth the surface. Using a micro plane finely grate the chocolate over the surface, then gently push the banana slices into the mixture.
Freeze for at least 4 hours then take out and cut into pieces (you may need to let it thaw out a little first). Put the pieces back into the freezer as quickly as possible and keep in there in an airtight container.
Enjoy straight from the freezer whenever you need a chocolate hit.

I’m definitely going to give this one a try, even though I’m not keen on yoghurt, I imagine you can’t really taste it. I’m thinking of substituting frozen cherries for the banana – Black Forest gateau throwback! Your recipes are fab, Melanie ❤️
