We’ve got to admit it, February is probably our least favourite month, we’re still in the throws of the cold weather and Spring feels a long way off. But…… the days are slowly getting longer, it’s the shortest month AND we’ve got another 7 day menu for you. So we can get through this together.

Roast vine tomatoes for 15-20 mins at 190°C. Serve with scrambled egg and a slice of wholemeal toast (optional)

40g porridge made with skimmed milk and topped with fruit, Grape Nuts and frozen yogurt hearts

Continental breakfast with french toasts, Babybel Light, Laughing Cow Light, melon slices, Parma ham and hard boiled egg.

Teriyaki Pork and Mushroom Stir Fry

Breakfast Day 5
Blend1/2 avocado, 4 kale leaves, 1/2 apple, a handful of spinach with 250ml coconut water and some fresh mint leaves.

Bubble & Squeak Patties served with sausages, fried egg, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms.
Lunch Day 6
Top Ryvita with 1 tsp horseradish mixed with 1 tbsp fat free yogurt, smoked mackerel and sliced beetroot. sprinkle with dill.
