Breakfast Banana Split (II)

I’m always looking for a quick healthy breakfast and this one ticks all the boxes. Fresh banana blueberries and raspberries all brought together with healthy natural yogurt.

I prepare the cooked berries the night before then chill them in the fridge over night then bring it all together in the morning.

Serves 1.

1 Banana

100g Fat – Free Natural Yogurt

75g Fresh Blueberries

75g Fresh Raspberries


place half the blueberries and raspberries into a microwave proof bowl and cook for 1 minutes, allow to cool, or chill overnight in the fridge.

Cut the banana in half-length ways.

Place the natural yogurt in a bowl and lightly stir through the stewed berries.

Place in the middle of the sliced banana and top with the remaining berries.
